I can’t believe how badly the centre of my back hurts after I do all that stuff. I have been doing the dishes more frequently, so I don’t end up with my back hurting. But when I’m filming it, I don’t feel like I should just take a 10 minute break and lie down and chat with you. But maybe that’s what I should do. It’s time to blend the oil with the lye water now.

@@Nancytoday Well, for the weekend I was reflecting, and working on finishing up plowing the ground with shovel (to have it ready for planting this year (I had started on it at the end of last year)); I finished plowing today, and it was the first plow/breaking ground (had some sorting out to do; ...... there was a lot of small rocks and small bits of things and rusty bits of things in the dirt - had to pick out, and I found out that they say that rust isn't good for any flowers nor crop plants to grow in); .... but plowing is now down! ..... Had to do a deep plow, being that this was the first time plowing. Now, I'll be seeing what things I'm going to plant for this year (crops, I mean)!

It’s such a blessing that we adapt to our surroundings. In Canada, you develop a subcutaneous layer, fat, very thin, but it protects you from the cold. You don’t have it when you first come here.

I really had to cling to the savior. I had to give up all these foods that make me hurt and then my doctor started me back on 10 mg of citalopram. It put the darkness right away. I wonder if there is some time when it stops working until we take a break from it and come back. I’m glad you’re on it. Can they increase the dose? I’m sorry that you’re having so much pain. Pain is so awful. I’m so thrilled that I have my energy back again now that I have gotten my food habits under control. I am very aware that I have to take it one day at a time. I have to really depend on the saviour to help me through when it’s difficult. But now that I have been off at all for about 12 days, my joy is returned and my knees and the rest of me feels so much better.
